Our school offices in all cities are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 19:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.

How can I register for the course?
To avail yourself of our online promotions, kindly register via our website: www.evolanguage-shop.
Step 1: Choose your Course or Exam.

Step 4: Proceed to the checkout page by clicking the “add to cart” button.
Complete the form by providing your account, credit, or debit card details, and your transaction will be finalized. We welcome transfers, debit and credit card payments, as well as transactions through PayPal or ApplePay. If you prefer an in-person registration experience, feel free to visit our school office. Additionally, you have the option to directly transfer the fees to our designated bank account.
How soon can I start the course?
If you want to register for one of our courses please choose your location, the level and the starting date in the calendar. Our German Intensive Courses in the morning (PREMIUM, CLASSIC) start on Mondays, our German Evening Course FLEX start on Tuesdays. Starting the BASIC German course is possible on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
How can I pay?
We offer different payment options. By card, by cash in the school office, or by bank transfer or PayPal.
Should the full course fees be paid before the start of the course?
The entire fee must be settled prior to the commencement of the course.
Can I get a registration confirmaton / certificate of attendance?
Once you have registered and paid your course fee in full, you will receive your payment confirmation for the registration. The certificate of participation will be issued after the end of the course.
Which course material used?
We work with different course materials. These are given to you on the first day of the course by the teacher.
What is the group size?
We maintain small class sizes, typically ranging from 6 to 12 participants, in contrast to other educational institutions. This deliberate approach ensures an optimal learning environment, facilitating effective comprehension, and enables participants to complete a language level within a condensed timeframe of just four weeks.
Can I change my course if it is too easy or too difficult for me?
Every participant undergoes a placement test to determine the appropriate course level. If you find the course too easy or wish to review topics from a previous level, feel free to discuss it with your teacher or visit our office. We’ll gladly assist in facilitating any necessary changes to your course placement.
Do you organize school trips?
During the summer months we organize a trip every Friday. In addition, our teachers often do small trips and other leisure activities with their groups.
I need a visa - which course should I book?

How do I get a visa?
The visa application process is straightforward:
- Complete the registration for the PREMIUM courses.
- Submit payment for the entire course fees, including the visa processing fee.
- Receive the original confirmation letter at your overseas address.
- Present this document to the consulate for further processing.

I want to take an exam, how does that work?
We provide German Language Exams for all CEFR levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C1 & C2 Medical Exam). The examination dates can be conveniently scheduled with us. Following successful completion of the exam, certificates are issued within a few days. Please remember to bring your passport with you on the exam date.
Is there an exam at the end of the German courses?
Normally, once you finish a level, you’ll move on to the next one automatically. You can easily book the next level when you’re ready. If you’re interested in taking an exam, you can choose a convenient time to schedule it with us.
